Before application, metal surfaces must be properly prepared. Existing coatings should be checked with a preliminary test application to verify adhesion and possible surface reactions. The product can be applied by brush, roller or spray after dilution with deionized water.

Application in a single layer is recommended; however, the film thickness must not exceed 80 μm. Applying a thicker layer in one step without intermediate drying may result in bubbling or pinholing.
